The Living Room

  • Stable doors open onto a warm and cozy lounge with sofa and chairs, a warm electric stove, TV, DVD Player and coffee tables. Oak floor covered in a large rug, white-washed walls & characterful beams
  • A separate toilet room downstairs also makes for an easier holiday.

  • A full kitchen makes family self-catering easy - double oven, microwave, dishwasher. washer dryer. Kitted out with beautiful crockery, glassware and cutlery as well as all the equipment you would expect including a food processor.

Bedroom 1

  • The main bedroom is on the first floor, with a Kingsize bed, open fireplace (not operational). Window seat with views out onto Garrett Street. Bed made up with luxurious bed linen and throws.

Bathroom

  • The bathroom is on the first floor across the corridor from bedroom 1. The bathroom has a roll top bath as well as a separate walk in shower. Underfloor heating keeping you nice and warm.

Bedroom 2

  • Up the stairs to the 2nd floor you find bedroom 2. Here you will find a double bed made up beautifully with matching bed linen and plenty of cushions and throws. Window looks out onto Garrett Street with a glimpse of the sea. A separate single bed is also in bedroom 2, allowing this room to comfortably take 3 guests

Outside

  • The Cottage is on Garrett Street which is an old fashioned narrow winding street that runs along the seafront. The cottage stable door opens up onto Garrett Street where you have immediate access to Cawsand (2 minutes) in one direction and Kingsand (3 minutes) in the other direction.
