Welcome to le Manoir de Mongrenier, a listed Breton manor house, set in peaceful, rolling and wooded countryside. Steeped in history since the 13th century, le Manoir de Mongrenier and its 19th century farmhouse have been beautifully restored by Chris and Carol Sealy.

We are delighted to invite you to spend a 5 day walking holiday with us at Mongrenier. Let us be your hosts in introducing you to this wonderful region of the Morbihan in Brittany, France.

We have planned a walking holiday with a difference: not only will you enjoy some of the most interesting and beautiful countryside in Brittany but you will also be looked after in a style that befits a guest at a 13th century manoir. We have christened your holiday “Pampered Promenades”!

You will enjoy one of our spacious double rooms (ensuite bathrooms) accessed from the Manoir courtyard. Antique furniture, original roof timbers and granite walls all contribute to an ambiance of yesteryear, updated with all the comforts of present day luxury.

Le Manoir de Mongrenier, which dates back to before 1248, is situated in the heart of the Breton countryside (shops 4km & medieval Josselin 6km), with fishing, biking, tennis and golf nearby. If you have time, or if you want a rest from your walking programme, then ancient Brittany is waiting to be discovered by you!

Mongrenier is set in its own 2.5 acre park with wonderful views all round. We have our own swimming pool (11m x 5m), with security alarm and surround fencing and in addition to our “Pampered Promenades”, will offer badminton, volleyball, pétanque and a large games room with table tennis and bar football. Please note that we cannot accept dogs and that smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.

We will be delighted to share our beautiful home and gardens with you and wish you “Bonnes Vacances” in this lovely part of Brittany.
